Locality: United States, Florida, Gadsden, United States: Florida: Gadsden County. Quincy: Gardens of the Big Bend, UF/IFAS North Florida Research and Education Center (NFREC), 155 Research Road. Cultivated in demonstration gardens. Multi-trunked, deciduous to semi-evergreen shrub 7-8 feet tall with arching branches. Inflorescences to 8 inches long, often pendent. Calyces pale green, ageing to pink after anthesis. Corolla white.
